Park Nature Pictures 10-29-08

Uh oh! Have Wally and the Beav been here? This is the creek from the marshy area with the eagle's nest at Patuxent River Park. This is close to the entrance road.
This is looking upstream at the open marsh area that was created several years ago by beavers! The creek runs along the treeline toward the left and back of this picture. Now you know why nest pics are usually blurry! (Need Bob's camera!)

Not a quality shot, but think it is identifiable.

Love the photos, Loretta. Another stunning pictorial! I have never seen a cormorant....so this is the closest I guess I can get to one for now!
