One of the wren chicks almost out. The next day, all were gone and we could hear squawking in a neighbor's yard...
Now Mr. Wren has been checking out the other house in the backyard. Female hasn't come by yet. She probably told him, "leave me alone!"...
Here's Hairy Woodpecker boy feeding himself. Both Hairy and Downy juvie males have lots of red toward top of the head, whereas adult males have the red spot behind the crown...
Juvie Red-belly found the food by itself.....
"I did it!!!"....
