Finally got about 1/2 of the vireo!! They've been enjoying the seeds in the magnolia tree, but hop around constantly. Are about 6" long w/ stripes through eye....
You're darn right they are hard to see much less photograph! These little chirpies sing constantly in the spring and summer at Swinging Bridge.... it is very very rare that I actually get to see one. Beautiful picture, Loretta... Of Course !
